You must specify a

sequence of hexadecimal

digits for hexnum.

In the string, bits set to 0

permit access and bits set

to 1 lock access. The low-

order bit of the first byte

represents Sunday at 12AM

and the bits continue in

sequence through Sunday

and the subsequent days of

the week. See “Time zone
